1 cup cold water
Instructions:

Boil the milk in a pan over medium heat.

Add lemon juice or vinegar and stir gently until the milk curdles.

Strain the curds using a muslin cloth and rinse with cold water to remove acidity.

Squeeze excess water and let it set for 30 minutes under a weight for firm texture.
