  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions:

  1. Boil the milk in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add lemon juice or vinegar and stir gently until the milk curdles.

  3. Strain the curds using a muslin cloth and rinse with cold water to remove acidity.

  4. Squeeze excess water and let it set for 30 minutes under a weight for firm texture.

Tip: Use fresh Sri Likith dairy products for the best texture!
