Cancellation Policy
Order Confirmation & Delivery
Once you receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp or your registered phone number, you must confirm the delivery by replying appropriately.
If you reply "Yes", our delivery driver will proceed with your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
No Cancellations & Order Rejections
Once the delivery driver is en route, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
Returning the order after delivery is not permitted.
If you refuse to accept the order or fail to make payment upon delivery, legal action may be taken against you.
Legal Consequences for Non-Payment & Order Refusal
Failing to make payment after confirming an order can be considered fraud, breach of contract, or cheating under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Andhra Pradesh (AP) State Laws.
Applicable Penal Codes & Consequences

Section 415 IPC (Cheating)
Placing an order fraudulently without the intent to pay may lead to a fine and/or imprisonment of up to 1 year. -
Section 420 IPC (Cheating and Dishonest Inducement of Delivery of Property)
If an order is placed with false intent, the offender may face up to 7 years of imprisonment and a fine. -
Section 406 IPC (Criminal Breach of Trust)
Failure to pay after receiving goods may be considered a breach of trust, punishable by up to 3 years of imprisonment, a fine, or both. -
Section 503 IPC (Criminal Intimidation)
Threatening delivery personnel to avoid payment may result in up to 2 years of imprisonment or a fine. -
AP Shops and Establishments Act, 1988
Customers failing to honor a confirmed order may face civil penalties under state regulations.
Refund Policy
Refunds or cancellation of orders are not applicable once an order is confirmed and the delivery process has begun.
Additional Terms
We reserve the right to blacklist or refuse service to customers who repeatedly cancel orders or fail to make payments.
Any legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh courts.
