Instructions:

  1. Heat butter, add ginger-garlic paste, and cook until fragrant.

  2. Add tomato puree, garam masala, salt, and sugar; simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in fresh cream, then add paneer cubes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
